1.5kg Pale Liquid Malt
200g Cracked Crystal grain
15g Hallertau Hops Pellets
Safale or Whitelabs WLP011 European Ale Yeast
Put cracked grain in a muslin hop or grain bag. Heat 2 litres of water to 70 degrees. Add grain and steep for 20 minutes. Add malt, bring to boil then add hops for 1 minute. Strain into fermenter with lager kit. Top up to 21 litres, add yeast and brew as you normally do.).
