1.5kg Pale Liquid Malt
250g Honey
400g Dextrose
20g Saaz Hops Pellets
Muntons Yeast or Whitelabs WLP500 Trappist Ale Yeast
Bring 2 litres of water to the boil. Add malt, honey and hops. Simmer for 2 minutes then strain into fermenter with remaining ingredients. Top up to 21 litres then add Yeast and ferment in the normal way.).
