Muntons Continental Lager
1.5kg Pale Malt extract
25g Hallertau Hops
15g Saaz Hops
2 x Saflager yeast or White Labs WLP830 German Lager Yeast
Bring 2 litres of water to the boil and add Hallertau hops. Simmer for 15 minutes and add saaz hops for the last minute. Strain into fermenter with the liquid malt and lager kit, add yeast and top up to 21 litres and brew the normal way.).
